We are looking for an Account Management star to focus on nurturing our client relationships, you will be given a portfolio of existing clients, you will assist them with changes, renewals, and emerging risks.

Casual opportunity (approx. 6-8 months) – With Full Time an Option
Mon – Fri | Shifts between 7am – 7pm

As a good Account Manager you should;

1. Knowledgeable

A good insurance understanding will be an advantage, and account management experience is a must

2. Customer/Relationship-Oriented

Excellent communication skills cannot be overemphasized for this role, you will need to communicate with clients, stakeholders, insurers and other team memebrs to get the work done

5. Good Business Judgment

To be an Account Manager you should:

Full Australian citizenship or residency
Be available to start in February 2020
Availability to work up to 38 hours per week Mon – Fri between the hours of 7am – 7pm
Comfortable operating on a rotating roster (provided two weeks in advance)
Minimum 6 months proven account management experience
Possess competent computer literacy skills to navigate through multiple systems
Strong problem solving abilitiesWork with our award winning team

Insurance experience preferred, account management experience will be an advantage
